Start Up Bursaries of £1,000 are available to those students (aged under 25) entering the University from care, estranged from their families or those who were homeless immediately prior to starting their studies.
The start-up bursaries are intended to cover course related costs such as books, equipment, travel and study aids. These are one-off, non-repayable bursaries which will be paid in the first year only.Ìý
